Dealership Call Outcome

Hey SUPPORT TEAM! did you know that listening to a call consumed time, and some users intend to tag a call even if its not right just to get to this category so they can bypass your penalty!  and then because you don't even listen to email inquiries this is what happens: THERE ARE NO   Correction: not an inventory call on the options! FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! 

Reason Not Connected common mistakes

I've been reviewing Reason Not Connected over a year and i think that normal reviewers should not hurry on tagging calls on this category. that's the secret. don't hurry. and all is going well the common mistake of the people on this category is the ff. Voice mailbox = Did you know that Even the Voice mailbox is FULL you should tag the call as REACHED VOICE MAILBOX DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE, its simply because the voice mailbox is reached. and that is what they asking for. why tag this call as wrong number?

Cheaters.. you know.. and Why?

There is always a reason why normal reviewers turns evil. yes its because the constant update. which affects and gives more problem than resolving it. But there are reason because of the update and its to eliminate cheaters as soon as possible but the problem is even a good reviewer is affected. but basically the reason why the system had gone through all this is because the cheaters are too GREEDY! they are doing anything just to kill the system and have a so called "EASY MONEY"
