Humanatic System Glitch

i didn't know if this is a system glitch.

here is what just happened right now!

i got penalized for this one call. and one of the mediators restored my earnings because i prove that i have the most accuracte answer.

but this is what happens.
i came up looking at the detailed earning history
i downloaded the file and opened it. there was two of my calls that has been penalized
but when it was already restored as mentioned by the mediator



after a few minutes. i tried to download the file again and found out that earnings is not really restored!
